A Czech woman has beaten staggering odds to become pregnant with quintuplets without using IVF.
Quintuplets made history in the Czech Republic when they were born. The five children were born naturally to mother Alexandra Kinova, and they are the first quins in the nation!
Childbirth is always a miracle. But in the case of Alexandra Kinova, her quintuplets actually made history in 2013!
Shockingly, Alexandra’s pregnancy soon became world news as each ultrasound seemed to turn up a new baby!
At first, Alexandra had no idea that she would give birth to five children. An ultrasound afterwards showed twins. It wasn’t a great surprise because multiples run in both of the couple’s families.
But Later on in the pregnancy, doctors found two more babies. And a month later, a scan revealed one more!
“When we finally found a fifth head, I started to cry,” she said, adding that she and her partner have a family history of multiples.
Her offspring will be the first quins in the nation, according to local media. The woman asserted that both her own and her partner’s families have a history of twins. Except for four months of morning sickness, she insisted that her pregnancy had been quite trouble-free.
Ms. Alexandra said she has been able to sleep on her side and has not had any problems with her breathing. And she said she plans to breastfeed all five, as she did with her first-born son.
Ms. Alexandrasaid despite the best efforts of the doctors they still do not know the sex of all the babies.
Two of the unborn babies are hidden underneath the other three – two boys and a girl, who she plans to call Daniel, Michael, and Tereza.
She said: ‘I very much look forward to seeing how they will look. It’s a great charm, but we cannot see anything properly – only a head or legs.’
The hospital will double the number of doctors and midwives for her Caesarean
They welcomed a daughter named Terezka as well as four sons named Michael, Martin, Daniel, and Alex. Fortunately, they weren’t merely blessed with quadruplets. The pair claims that twin births run in both of their families. They were fortunate to have so many babies at once, which makes sense.
